The Subscription Policy outlines recurring services, billing practices, and features for IQBRAIN subscribers. By subscribing to our service, you agree to adhere to the policies and guidelines described herein and our Terms and Conditions.

1. Subscription Plans

1.1. Trial Offer: We offer a trial subscription plan for new users upon recent purchases. 24-hour access for €0.5, with limited access to specific features of the service.

1.2. Premium Subscription: Premium subscription activation occurs automatically after the 24-hour trial period ends. Subscribers are billed €49.7 per month, and their subscription renews automatically until canceled by the subscriber. This ensures uninterrupted access to the service, making it convenient for users to maintain access to E-Books, personal development data, and any progress and training done through the Service.

  • Monthly E-Book directly sent to Email: Subscribers will receive monthly E-Books sent directly to their email, guaranteed to be exclusive for at least 2 months.
  • Free access to our extensive E-Books catalog: Subscribers can explore a wide range of E-Books designed to enhance their cognitive abilities and overall well-being. This includes free access to all E-Books for sale in the public store.
  • Unlimited access to all tests and advanced assessment tools: Subscribers can take an unlimited number of tests, including IQ, logical reasoning, memory, personality, and language assessments, as well as training exercises.
  • Personalised insights: Subscribers receive personalised insights and recommendations based on their test results.
  • Additional future content: Subscribers may also have access to any additional features that will be added to the Site only for them, such as a possible exclusive Private E-Book library, further tests, or any other feature meant to develop their journey for self-improvement.

The last two, aside from future content, are valuable resources designed to enhance the learning experience, providing information to better apply the insights and strategies included in all learning materials, nicely complementing the journey to self-development, to achieve personal and professional goals.

2. VAT Compliance

Subscription prices include applicable VAT based on the user's country of residence, as required under Swiss and EU laws. The Service qualifies for favorable VAT treatment due to its focus on E-Books and digital educational content, aligning with applicable tax regulations.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1. Trial Subscription: The €0.5 paid for the trial subscription is non-refundable as its main purpos has always been to simply give users a taste of the Service. Users are encouraged to take full advantage of the trial to assess the value and benefits of the Service during the given 24 hours.

3.2. Premium Subscription:

  • Cancellation: Users can cancel their premium subscription at any time via their Account settings. If you decide to cancel your subscription, you will not be charged for subsequent periods. Cancellation will prevent automatic renewal.
  • Refund Policty: Ongoing billing cycles remain non-refundable. Refunds may only be considered for billing errors, technical issues or other exceptional cases, subject to review by our customer support team.

Such exceptional requests should be submitted to our customer support team at contact@iqbrain.co with your name, a clear subject line, using the email associated with your account or which you used during the billing process, and a detailed explanation of the issue. If any of these details are missing or if the message contains inaccurate or incomplete information, we may be unable to complete your request.

We reserve the right to modify our subscription plans, prices, and policies at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via email or through a notice on our website.
